Chris, if you are reading this then do the honourable thing and contact the court.
Do you honestly believe that I will allow you to walk away without paying the costs involved in bringing my Libel action against you.
You lied wholesale within your defence, that is perjury, by stopping the proceedings and asking to settle out of court you made a promise which was then made into an order.
You also promised to pay by a certain date, again you lied.
Just step back and ask yourself one question.
Have I acted honestly and sensibly.

I think that photo is a little out of date, being taken several years ago when he was working (and sleeping) over at Venture Tower in Fratton, Portsmouth.
Come to think about it, I think he still owes money for never paying any rent for a year at the office.
He also used a part of the office for his 'art school', where he was accused of seducing children as young as 13 years of age!
Mr Dee was arrested but not charged.
The Crown Prosecution Service decided that the appropriate charge was unlawful sexual intercourse.
FURTHERMORE THEY WERE CONFIDENT THAT THIS COULD HAVE BEEN PROVEN.
But could not prosecute as there was a time bar.
THERE IS A CLEAR NEED FOR A CHANGE IN THE LAW.

Hi Joanne, Sasha, Tracey and any other person who took the time to contact me when the old blog was up and running.
Seems such a long time ago, how things have changed, how the so called mighty fall.
I doubt whether Chris would have thought it could end up with him hiding from the thousands he now owes to myself and others.
Take some comfort from this, then ask is it now right to be seen to do the right thing.
We are looking to have Chris dealt with at the earliest time, who knows maybe he will go to prison, that is his fault.
He began his stupid actions, and we finished it, now the conclusion will follow.
Mark my words.
Christopher Berry Dee, I will eventually find you, and I will have you dealt with by the courts, no more chances, you have propped up the bar at the last chance saloon for too long.
You will meet the full weight of the justice system.
If you feel this is harrassment then reflect on what you have done in the past.
When the blog was going, all that was said was the truth, the cartoons were bloody funny.
People took the opportunity to express their deep felt feelings, you should have been punished for the crimes revealed, but once again you got away.
As said, time will tell, and happily we have the advantage.

Christopher Berry Dee has failed AGAIN, YES AGAIN.
After the court case in April this year he went to the police in Portsmouth and spouted a load of hogwash. Saying that three people who had been in court, had threatened his life.
Sadly the police were duty bound to deal with this, they were arrested and held in the cells.
This was followed by a thorough enquiry by the police who deemed that there was not a shred of evidence.
Christopher BERRY DEE has now tried on two occasions to have persons imprisoned, add in the fact that he has also perjured himself.
Along with the wholesale lies relating to the issue of costs.
Well I predict that the tide is about to wash over this nasty individual.
GEESH I cannot believe this mess is still active! Maybe he's at one of his other homes in Ukraine or Washington state. Seven days in jail or seven years?
We'll solve 911 mysteries in the USA and elect an African American President before Berry-Dee is dealt with!!
It sounds like the American Justice system all over again...
Mr. Heffron should go to search in Russia or Washington State!

(However shady his allegedly criminal past, many are grateful to the man for sticking his neck out in exposing American corruption. For that, he deserves a medal whether his enemies would humbly admit it, or not. In fact, that he's even alive after meddling in high-level American corruption and organized crime warrants an investigation in itself.)

What has he done? Confused. I have just been looking for the author myself. Looking like my chances are pretty slim! :-/
What is going on. I thought he was the good guy... do I buy more of his books or do we appreciate his way off getting away with it, is that he is creating the illusion he is trying to understand it so in future maybe be able to prevent it or it to be nipped in the bud quicker. We all answer to someone in the end, as will he.

At long last justice has been served with Russell Bishop being rightly found guilty of my niece's murder. Berry Dee wrongly claimed that Bishop was innocent in his pathetic book Question of evidence. Ian Heffron.
I need to talk to him myself on an issue.
this is all very interesting. I've started reading Talking with Female serial killers by Mr Berry-dee, and have given up as he claims HMP Bronzefield is in Woodthorpe Road. Shepperton. Kent. Shepperton in not in Kent and neither is Bronzefield. Its in Ashford Middlesex. If he cant get simple geographic facts correct I don't trust any others in his books and will avoid him in future.
I'm thinking of going to print about my experiences with this nasty individual. I was requested by the police to hold back prior to Bishops trial. I am now free to go ahead. I genuinely believe the time is right to tell all. Is there anyone interested in joining me. Thanks Ian Heffron.

damn. glad i pirated his sh!tty books instead of $$$$ them. hahah.
he's a terrible writer anyway. reading his tripe feels like you're being reprimanded, as he's terribly condescending. finding out about these nasties he's been up to fits that profile like a glove. he goes to waaaay to much effort trying to convince the reader that he's not a pervert like the subjects of his books. definitely the actions of a guilty mind.

But word of advice avoid Mr Berry Dee as if he were the black death, he is a vile an nasty human being.

Hi I'm a criminology student who wanted to reach out to Mr Berry Dee in terms of his interviews with serial killers and how he was able to do this but after what I've read what's on here I would definitely steer clear but I didn't know if anyone knew any authors i could get in touch with about similar questions. Anything would be greatly appreciated
